岗位概述Job
  Summary:


 


 

在人力资源总监的管理下工作,负责酒店人力资源招聘及员工管理事宜。


 

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, responsible for Talent
  Acquisition and Management.


 


 



 

 


 

职责义务Duties & Responsibilities:


 


 

1.建立及完成人力资源部年度目标计划。


 

  Establish and implement annual objectives
  for the Human Resources Department.


 

2.建立、保持及保证执行所有人力资源部政策及执行程序。


 

Establish, maintain and ensure
  adherence to all personnel-related policies and procedures.


 

3.以礼貌、专业、迅速有效的态度解决客人及员工投诉。


 

Respond in courteous, professional
  and rapid manner in order to resolve all guest and associate difficulties.


 

4.全面管理酒店外籍及外地员工招聘及聘用计划。


 

Develop, direct and oversee overall
  hotel recruitment and hiring activities strategies for all Expat and National
  Expat positions.  


 

5.支持及建立酒店相关聘用、员工关系、管理指导及纪律行为的理念。


 

Support and uphold hotel philosophy
  concerning hiring, associate relations, supervision and disciplinary action.     


 

6.进行本地员工工资及福利调查,提出员工福利计划。


 

Conduct salary/benefit surveys of
  the local market and recommend enhancements of the hotel’s compensation plan.    


 

7.创造酒店良好的沟通途径,促进客人、员工及团队的专业化沟通。


 

Provide hotel-wide communication
  vehicles and interact in courteous and professional manner with all guests,
  associates and community members. 


 

8.指导、协调、影响员工以保持酒店服务标准。


 

Supervise, direct, coordinate,
  influence and persuade associates in order to maintain service standards of
  hotel.    


 

9.保证工作区域及员工区域的安全及卫生,如员工餐厅、倒班宿舍等。


 

Maintain safety and cleanliness of
  work areas and associate areas, including, but not limited to, the associate
  cafeteria and locker rooms.    


 

10.建立、维护、协调酒店内部培训计划,提供有效的技能培训及管理培训。


 

Develop, maintain and coordinate
  hotel training programs that provide for specific skills training and
  management/supervisory development, including anti-harassment and
  anti-discrimination training


 

11.指导各部门工作评估。


 

Direct administration of performance
  appraisals in all departments. 


 

12.根据法律法规建立酒店人力资源部信息系统,以提供准确员工信息。


 

Maintain hotel’s human resources
  information system so as to provide accurate associate records that comply
  with all applicable federal, state and local laws.


 

13.依据法律法规统筹及审查所有员工相关事务。


 

Oversee and investigate all
  associate relations and labor-related matters as they relate to federal,
  state and local employment laws.


 

   


 

14.参与制订有关员工编制、劳动生产力、福利成本及劳动力成本的预算.


 

Participate in the budget process as
  it related to staffing, productivity, benefit costs and labor relations
  costs.


 

15.提供纪律管理的指导、方向及支持。


 

Provide guidelines, direction and
  support in the administration of the disciplinary process. 


 

16.制定及控制部门营运预算。


 

Prepare and maintain operating
  budget.


 

17.管理员工流失率,并提出相关建议。


 

Monitor staff turnover and recommend
  changes and improvements.


 

18.确保员工按照集团规章制度安全有效地使用酒店设备。


 

Make sure all associates are fully
  comply with Company rules and regulations upon employment for the safe and
  effective operation of the hotel’s facilities.


 

19.确保所有员工按照相应的聘用条款付薪。


 

Ensure all associates are paid in
  line with their terms of employment.    


 

20.和相关机构保持良好关系,以保证了解法律法规的最新变化。


 

Maintain relationship with
  appropriate authorities to ensure kept up to date on changes to regulations
  and opportunities to provide input.


 

21.实施和组织进行“员工满意指数”并反馈。


 

Facilitate & organize ESI and
  the feedback.


 

22.实施并管理员工离职面试程序。


 

Overlook exit interview process and
  tracking.


 

23.建立部门使命宣言。


 

Develop mission statements for the
  department. 


 

24.建立质量管理体系。


 

Develop quality management systems. 


 

25.衡量服务质量。


 

Measure the quality of service.


 

26.建立饭店服务质量评分标准。


 

Establish benchmarking for the
  hotel.    


 

27.确保员工餐厅、更衣室及每个为内部客人服务区域的服务质量。


 

Insure quality services in
  Cafeteria, locker room, and every area that services the internal custo      


 

28.管理本部门财务工作。


 

Monitor the management of department
  finances.


 

29.协助准备并管理各部门人工预算。


 

Prepare and manage unit/outlet
  budgets.     


 

30.管理、分析并报告人工预算的变动。


 

Monitor, analyze and report
  variations from the budget.


 

   


 

31.管理部门工作效率。


 

Monitor productivity of the unit.


 

32.监督员工纪律。


 

Discipline associates.


 

33.制订及实施入职培训计划。


 

Monitor the planning and delivery of
  orientation programs.


 

34.为下属员工提供建议及支持。


 

Provide ongoing advice and support
  to associates under your supervision.


 

35.运用适当的管理方法激励员工,并与员工沟通。


 

Implement appropriate management
  practices that provide associates motivation and communication.


 

36.必要时对员工进行一对一指导。


 

Provide one to one instruction to
  associates when required.


 

37.与保安部经理协调制订并实施部门及各区域的安全政策及程序。


 

In conjunction with the Safety /
  Security Manager manage the development and implementation of safety /
  security policies and procedures for the department/unit/outlet.


 

38.执行健康及安全法规、政策及程序。


 

Be aware of duty of care and adhere
  to occupational health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.


 

39.采取行动排除危险情况,并通告危险隐患。


 

Initiate action to correct a
  hazardous situation and notify supervisors/managers of potential danger.


 

40.执行酒店安全及紧急情况政策及程序。


 

Adhere to the hotel’s security and
  emergency policies and procedures.


 

41.根据酒店规定记录安全事件及事故。


 

Log security incidents and accidents
  in accordance with hotel requirement.


 

42.准备及主持会议或小组展示向员工、管理层及其他组织通报酒店运作及相关情况。


 

Prepare and conduct meetings and
  group presentations to keep associates/management /other parties informed of
  hotel operations and other relevant issues.


 

43.进行定期管理培训课程。


 

Conduct regular management training
  program.


 

44.根据酒店及集团标准保持个人形象。


 

Maintain personal presentation to
  hotel and Company standards.


 

45.在任何时候表现专业态度和形为。


 

Demonstrate professional attitude
  and behavior at all times.


 

46.不断分析、评估、改进个人工作表现。


 

Analyze, evaluate and improve your
