岗位概述Job Summary:
 


 

制订酒店销售规程,指导和监督市场销售团队的工作,完成销售目标,开拓新市场。


 

Setting up sales rules
  of the hotel, direct and supervise sales’ works, reach the scheduled sales
  goal and exploit the new market.


 

 

职责义务Duties &
  Responsibilities


 

1.  全面负责市场开发、客源组织和产品销售工作;定期组织市场调研,收集市场信息,分析市场动向、特点和发展趋势。制定市场销售策略,确定主要目标市场、市场结构和销售方针并组织实施。


 

With responsibility for exploit the market, organizing the
  customer source, organize survey of market regularly, and collect information
  of market, analyzing the trend, character, developmental trend of market. Set
  the sales strategy, determining the major market target, market structure and
  the sales guideline. And organize and actualize.


 


 

2. 组织市场推广,维护公共关系。


 

Organize marketing promotion, maintenance the public
  relationship.


 

1) 
 
制定酒店推广计划并定期审核销售推广计划的完成。


 

Make the anniversary expanding plan of hotel and auditing the
  results of expanding plan regular.


 

2) 
 
建立价格、折扣优惠和销售推广活动的规程。


 

Set rules of price, favorable discount and activity of expanding
  sale.


 

3)根据开支预算,提出广告宣传建议,组织特别推广活动。


 

According
  to the expenditure and budget, giving suggestion of advertisement, organize
  special expand campaign.


 

4)指导安排公关部联系特别推广活动和传媒暴光活动。


 

Arrange the Marketing
  &Communication contact to the special expanding campaign and medium

  exposure campaign.


 


 

3. 制定销售策略,完成销售任务。


 

Set the sales strategy,
  achieve the sales target.


 

1)
 
掌握竞争对手酒店的出租率、平均房价等市场信息,分析竞争态势,调整酒店销售策略,适应市场竞争需要。


 

Master the rent rate and the level of average room price,
  analyzing the trend of competition. Adjust the sales strategy; meet the
  competitive needs of market.


 

2)
 
根据市场推广计划,结合最新市场状况,制订销售战略和计划并做出长期销售预测。


 

According to the expanding plan, combine the new situation of
  market, set sales strategy and plan, make long term sales forecast.


 

3)
 
制定年度、季度及月度销售预算。


 

Submit the anniversary/quarter/monthly budget.


 

4 根据销售定额制定市场目标及战略,并向销售人员下达销售任务,并组织贯彻实施。Making target and
  strategy of market according to sales ration, allot sales task to sales.


 

4. 做好部门行政管理工作。


 

Administrate management in department.


 

1)
 
根据酒店营业状况制定人员编制数量,并按其岗位要求制定人员结构图。According to the situation
  of business to make the quantity of staff, and draw up staff structure graph
  based on needs of posts.


 

2)
 
根据人员结构,招聘各岗位员工。


 

According to the staff structure, invite applicant for each
  post.


 

3)    
 
评估部门员工的工作表现,为员工提供培训及晋升机会,协助员工规划职业发展。


 

Evaluating work
  performance of staff in S&M, provide training and promotion
  opportunities, assist staff planning career development.


 

4)    
 
制定市场销售部管理制度、工作程序,并监督贯彻实施。


 

Set up managing rules and work process of S&M Dept. ,
  supervise and bring into effect.


 

5)    
 
控制销售费用开支,监督销售费用的使用。


 

Controlling the expenditure and supervising the use of sales
  charge.


 


 

 

资质要求 Jobholder Requirements:


 

  
 
1.    
知识 Education qualifications


 

1)     学历要求:大学本科及以上


 

Academic
  requirement: Bachelor degree or above.


 

2)     专业要求:市场营销,管理等相关专业;


 

Major: Major in marketing, management or related field.


 

3) 工作经验要求:五年以上酒店市场销售部销售管理经验。


 

Experience requirement: At least five years working experience
  in hotel sales and some management experience.

专业技能要求:Professional skills


 

<1>
 
熟知酒店产品结构、服务规范和质量标准,通晓酒店产品对外销售的组合概念、广告艺术、促销策略和产品价格策略。


 

Be familiar with product
  structure, service standard, and quality standard. Understand hotel product
  marketing mix, promotion strategy and product strategy.


 

<2> 熟悉本部门业务工作,掌握市场营销的技能、技巧及一定市场营销的基础知识,具有丰富的实践经验,并具有一定语言文字能力,能熟练地运用一门外语进行业务活动和撰写有关报告等。


 

Fully understand S&M
  operation, marketing skills and some knowledge. And also abundant practical
  experience. Capability to using a foreign language effectively in business
  activity and prepare report.


 

<3> 具有较强的社会活动能力,能对外界建立广泛的业务网络,熟悉主要客户的基本状况,同客户保持良好关系。


 

Have strong skill of
  social activity and build wide business net. Have an intimate knowledge of
  key account and keep good relationship with them.

具有较强的管理能力,熟悉本部门工作,能对下级进行有效的领导,协调各有关部门之间的关系。


 

Have strong ability to
  manage S&M department. Coordinate relationship with other departments.


 

<2> 具有一定判断、决策、创新、应变及组织协调能力,能根据掌握的数据和信息,果断地做出分析,制定策略,制定和调整产品价格。


 

Have some strong ability
  to make decision regarding market information and data. Make strategy
  analysis and adjust product price.


 

<3> 熟悉本酒店各营业部门情况,掌握最新产品信息,掌握市场动态,熟悉酒店经营策略和顾客需求知识,了解酒店竞争手段、价格水平、客户状态,善于提出应变措施。


 

    Well understand hotel
  departments and master the updated product information, market trends.
  Capability of making business strategy and obtain customer needs. Understand
  hotel competitor means, price level, client status and be good at making

了解国际、国家和地方政府有关旅游的法规,掌握对外销售业务的方针、政策、经济合同及外国人出入管理条例等有关法律知识。
